I’ve tried many, MANY brands, and some were not very effective at all. I wasted A LOT of money and don’t want that to happen to others. I have linked the most effective brands I’ve personally tried which have significantly helped kill the infection(s). If you have fungus gnats in your home, you’re going to want to kill them, you can do this with a fogger sprayer of 1/3 Vinegar, 2/3 water and several drops of the oils any combination or all of these oils:

Aura Cacia Pure Cassia Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil

Continuous Water Mister Spray Bottle
Don’t forget to kill fungus gnats and fruit flies in your drains with baking soda and vinegar by pouring the backing soda into each drain and then going to each drain after and pouring in the vinegar.
If you do have a humidity/fungus issue in your home, you’re going to want to get a dehumidifier.

Also, until you get this situation in control, you’re going to want to put your house plants outside. I also suggest treating them with 1/4 cup of hydrogen peroxide to a gallon of water
Cleaning
Clean everything and I mean everything.
First, you’re going to want to get a gallon sprayer and fill it with the following ingredients:
Half a Gallon of Distilled Water you can also refill 5 gallon jugs of reverse osmosis water at many grocery stores for under $2 or eventually get your own Apec reverse osmosis water system as I did when I was tired of going to get refills on my 5 gallon heavy jug every few days. I bought mine from Amazon here . This is the one I have and after watching youtube videos it was pretty easy to install, not to mention the time, money and energy it’s saved me plus I can monitor the filter system
Now Tea Tree Essential Oil about 15 drops
also optional effective essential oils you can mix are
GreenHealth Cedarwood Essential Oil
Aura Cacia Pure Cassia Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil
Borax 1/4 cup
Something essential I had found even before I knew what was going on was having a wax burner with wax cubes and essential oils to sleep soundly is having a wax melting oil burner. You can find my post with the most effective combination about it by clicking here
All of these oils are anti-bacterial and keep bugs away. I personally have a huge cabinet of essential oils. All of these make me happy. I usually mix about 5 drops of each: lemongrass, tea tree and grapefruit, but switch it up depending on my mood. You can use a combination of oils in either cleaner that make you happy and your house smell good
Additionally, if you prefer you can use have a quarter gallon of Vinegar and 3/4 water in substitute for the hydrogen peroxide and water. DO NOT MIX ANY OF THE OTHER CLEANER INGREDIENTS LIKE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE WITH VINEGAR.
The combination of mixing vinegar and hydrogen peroxide can cause horrible acids and toxicities while canceling each other out which is everything you don’t want. You can only mix oil, salt, and water with the vinegar.
The great thing about this cleaning solution is each gallon costs about $5 and is about 10 spray bottles, which if you purchased 10 spray bottles of cleaner at the store, it would total $30 or more.
I also got the best, most affordable microfiber towels on the planet! ProElite Microfiber Cleaning Cloths (24 Pack) if you have an Autozone near you they can also ship it to you free for $22.99. I use and wash them often with Borax and bleach.
Clean everything and I mean everything.
Clear the kitchen and bathroom counters completely, inside cup boards, shelves, everywhere and most importantly wipe down the toilet seat every day w the inexpensive and extremely effective cleaner.
Baseboards, I noticed a fungus like dust growing on the baseboards and weird sticky films and fungus on other items the deeper cleaning I went through everything.
Get a HEPA Vacuum. I have hard floors and use the Shark AZ1002 Apex Powered Lift-Away , it’s lasted me years and Shark has great customer service! However, you probably don’t need something so expensive. Any high rated HEPA vacuum will probably so a great job.
I’ve routinely kept everything clean by putting on cleaning YouTube videos for inspiration.

Since the sensations increase with fibers being dispersed it makes me think there’s bacteria in the fibers. Also, scientifically they’ve found bacteria in samples of the lesions which contain the fibers.
Please don’t tell anyone this, because it sounds crazy, but I swear the bacteria communicates with itself and a clean environment along with proper treatment makes it go away
Idk why or what it is, but many people with morgellons, including me, see little flies or insects or flying things in the corner of their eyes. Living in Florida, I didn’t think much of it, but now I do. When I see this I use my cleaning spray (recipe down below) which I have in a gallon sprayer and spray upward around my entire home, this, the treatment, and cleaning everything has greatly reduced the little bugs I see flying around to almost nothing. While on the topic of bugs, I will say, people think this can come from moths, flies, a combination of bugs. I chose not to look too deeply into it and keep as level head as I can. I will say, I did find white moths in my ceiling fixtures when I cleaned them. I decided to clean them 3 times, lol. This may seem crazy or ocd, but if you’ve lived with this and seen cleaning works to reduce it, it’s not.
I would make myself crazy if I tried to figure out how I got it or where it comes from or what it is. I don’t have the expensive machines to properly research it. I’m pretty sure it was from a big bite, perhaps a flea and I’ll just leave it at that. I don’t want to join cookoo town on the internet about it. When I leave my house or go outside, I’m making sure I have my ThermaCELL and Ranger Ready.
While cleaning helps healing, rest is very important, maybe more important than any of the other treatments mentioned. You must rest to heal.
Of course, I had to take the Oregano capsules capsules to get the sleep I desperately needed.
