Don’t forget to wear sunscreen, even if you have dark skin you still need it. Sunscreen won’t block any of the beneficial infrared light you will be receiving. You will only be blocking harmful UVA and UVB rays.

I go outside in the smallest swimsuit and it makes me feel great to get all the infrared while wearing sunscreen that protects me from harmful rays all for free. As a bonus, you can connect with nature which has been known to be very beneficial for Lyme disease.
